George’s favorite style Manhattan.

King’s County “Empire Rye”, Barrel “Armida" , Bermutto Sweet Vermouth, Bitters.

I love all well made cocktails. However, whenever I go out to have cocktails, I often order a Manhattan. Mainly because I’m typically tired and I like the comfort Manhattan offers.

This is my current recipe for what I personally think is the best Manhattan.

King’s County Rye has a bold full body mouthfeel but balanced in the spices and earthiness. I blend in a little of the Armida for brightness&fruits . Then Bermutto holds up the bottom with sweetness but adds unique herb flavors. Stirring with Ice made with Mineral water will properly dilute the drink but keeps the texture thick
