Note: This is my suggestion for the classic Gin Martini you won’t get tired of drinking everyday.

Key to a good Martini in my opinion are

1: Spirit selection - We use a well a well balanced Botanist Gin and delicate Dolin Dry.

2:Ratio - We use roughly a 5:1 ratio on Gin:Vermouth, so a slightly dryer side than a 2:1 Martini

3:Dilution : The key to control the delusion is in the set-up. We set up our Mixing glass the same way every time and count our stir so that every single Martini will come out with the perfect delusion and temperature.
